Do I have to have 100% complete on my dashboard across each product, in order for each product to be sucessfully uploaded?

section 3.1 needs a 'none' and/or a 'unknown' option for CMR to indicate positive check-off. Most products do not contain these ingredients.

3.3 Dyes - There are common dyes that are not polymeric, FD&C, or DfE approved. Need an option to accomodate.
